COVID-19 safety policy

We take your health seriously, because of this we want to inform you of the measures we take to reduce the risk of exposure to viruses and bacteria. Take a moment to read Your Body Shoppe’s disinfecting and sanitation procedure, in accordance with CDPHE.

Worker and Customer Protection Guidelines for Non-Healthcare Industries; updated on 5/1/20.

Face masks are required for all customers and service providers while in the facility. Please bring your own, however, I will have reusable cloth masks available if you forget, these will be left here and disinfected with laundry.

Each customer will receive a health screening via e-mail prior to each service and asked to stay home if symptomatic.

We ask that you bring in only items necessary to the office, leaving personal items in the car.

Customers will be provided hand sanitizer or asked to wash hands upon entry.

Contactless payments will be used when possible, and all equipment sanitized after each use, we are also able to charge your card on file.

Health screening, including a temperature check, is required for service providers at the beginning of the day and will be sent home is symptomatic.

Massage table, tables, chairs, handles, light switches, desk, all hard surfaces touched, in the lobby, treatment room and restroom will be disinfected after each session.

Massage table linens replaced for each client, and are laundered in HOT water and detergent to disinfect.

All bottles used for massage oils/creams and other topical using disinfected between sessions.

Hot Stones: The heater is cleaned and filled with fresh water for each session. Stones are soaked and scrubbed in hot water and antibacterial dish soap after each session, then sprayed with alcohol to dry.

Massage Cups: Each cup used is soaked and scrubbed with antibacterial dish soap and sprayed with alcohol to dry.

We require all customers to hold a card on file, our 24-hour cancelation policy will be strictly enforced.
